New guest bookings

We look forward to welcoming you to Bond in 2022. We are currently fully booked and have an extensive waitlist for our existing salon guests.  

 

Here are some things you need to know when we have some availability in 2022:

If you would like to book a colour service, we will need to see your hair so we can allocate the correct time. Our salon hosts can assist you upon contact.

   New guests will be asked to pay a deposit of $50 per service upon booking ($100 for colour and cut). 

​

Guest cancellations

   We have a long waitlist so if you do not attend your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per service.

​

Colour guarantee

   Our quality colour products are selected to ensure the durability of your colour investment. Non-salon home care products can fade your colour quickly and damage your hair. Bond is not responsible for these issues if the products recommended by our stylists are not used between salon visits.

Redo requests

   Guest dissatisfaction is very, very rare at Bond. In the event of a colour or cut issue, you are asked to contact us within seven days of your appointment to discuss a solution.
